Flow of fluids and hydrogeochemical model of the aquifer of Las Cañadas del Teide, Tenerife
Hydric subterranean resources are fundamental for the occidental Canary Islands from the economic, energetic and environmental point of view. A better knowledge of the working of our aquifers means a better exploitation of them.
The aim of this project, carried out in collaboration with Dra. Dina López from the Ohio University (USA), is to enlarge our knowledge of the most significant aquifer in Tenerife, Las Cañadas del Teide.
