Dissemination Department

The ITER, as an investigation centre, has a disclosure and information component both in its own investigations as in its facilities, as well as the need of organizing cultural, scientific, recreational activities and services. <

The Dissemination Department was conceived with the main goal of covering this need, and therefore is in charge of the project and activity promulgation carried out by the Institute. It also contributes to the environmental sensibleness of the ITER´s facility visitors, and in general of the island’s population.

To achieve this, it conducts the organization of conferences, courses, workshops, etc.., And is responsible for the Institute´s publications and the maintenance and updating of its website.

In addition, the department carries out the management of the dissemination facilities at ITER, such as theTechnologic Walkway, the Visitors Centre, and the 25 Bioclimatic Dwelling.
